Metodo 3In 1998, our thirst for improvement propelled us to become the first detective company to obtain ISO 9001 certification. Through this certification we have established, documented and maintained a quality management system, whose efficiency is continuously improved in accordance with the following requirements:

  • Identifies the necessary processes of the quality management
    system, and its application on the company.
  • Determines the sequence and interaction of processes.
  • Determines the criteria and methods needed to be sure that the
    operations and the control of these procedures are efficient.
  • Insures the availability of resources and information needed for the
    operation and follow-up of theseprocedures.
  • Follow-up, mediation and analysis of the procedures.
  • Implementation of the actions needed to achieve the planned
    results and the constant improvement of the procedures.
Metodo 3
We are also the first and only company to have received a Category A honourable mention from the Police, in recognition of our efforts and the results obtained in all the cases we have handled. In 1999, we received a second honourable mention; since then, we have received further mentions.
