Francisco Paesa resurrection

Francisco Paesa, the ex agent from the Spanish Ministerio del Interior that run Luis Roldán down to the Security forces in 1995, lives in Luxembourg and uses an Argentinian passport under the name of Francisco Pando Sánchez. Some pictures published on the newspaper El mundo y la investigación realizada por Antonio Rubio demuestran que el espía sigue vivo seis años después de que su hermana anunciara su muerte en Bangkok por un paro cardiaco y de que un periódico publicara su esquela.

El mundo took a picture of Paesa in the South of France and found his new residence with the help of the catalan detective agency Método 3. The ex-spy lived with a blond woman, younger than him, at 45, Boulevard de la Petrusse in Louxembourg's capital and also had an office placed at number 13, Plaza de Armas.

Later on Paesa escaped and he is localized again in France. This is the report of what happened:

After Paesa's "resurrection", in July 2005 I decided to start an ambitious international investigation for the Interviú magazine. The main objective: to hunt Paesa. I am helped by Francisco Marco, from the organisation Método 3, Pilar Díez, assistant director of the magazine, Daniel Montero, a young and intuitive journalist, and Luis Iturriaga, a journalist with plenty of experience. The research determined that Paesa, under the fake identity of Francisco Pando Sánchez, born on the first march 1950, used two different residences for his businesses: one in Manama Town, Bahrain, and another one in Montevideo, Uruguay. Also, we discovered he was the director of a number of societies, like Golder UK, with address in Britannia Road, London. This company, currently in liquidation, had subsidiaries in several cities around the world, became our best clue to reach the spy […]

The clues took us to Paesa, now as a financial adviser and broker, who spent his time travelling around the world, mainly to Morocco, Argentina, USA and Uruguay. But, Paris was still his favourite city. The French citizen Marc D'Hombres, director of the commercial association Investment Group Ltd since August 2005, lived in 25, Rue Saint-Sulpice in Paris, the same street in which Paesa had a duplex years ago, where he hided Roldan during the first days of his exodus.
