Philatelic forum

El Economista published that the connections between the Fórum Filatélico and international operations of capital whitening are getting more and more complicated. The operations that allegedly, and according to the investigation sources, used the philatelic company for whitening capitals will make the stamps fraud look like a simple anecdote, says Anticorruption.

The name of Carlos Llorca also seems to be linked to four Spanish societies: Fingranal, Invernac, Amalin and Adamalin, all of them have had no activity since 1.997 and are registered under the same address: a P.O. Box in Malaga. These societies data give new information: Fingranal's owner, with a 98% of the actions, is Philip Mark Croshaw.

Croshaw, who could have acted as a dummy for other alleged delinquents, has many penal and criminal precedents in United Kingdom, and has been investigated in several countries for swindle, fraud and for not having declared earnings. Apparently he lives in Ciprus since 2004, according to the documents consulted by this newspaper. For his many frauds, Croshaw has used different names and birth dates. He also uses different addresses in London, Guernsey and Sark (these last two cities are placed on the Channel islands).

Philip Croshaw was involved in money laundering affairs in EE UU by means of the societies Crown Trade, Inverforth Properties, Lamport Trading and Redhill Properties, among others.

Romanian police has been looking for him for fraud since november 2005, and he has also been involved in Ireland in a money laundering operation of the ex-dictator Slovodan Milosevic fortune by means of a society called Daki International, where Croshaw is the administrator.

Mr. Philip Mark Croshaw doesn't have criminal records in United Kingdom, according to the certificate presented by himself.
